About us

What we do

We offer various training, courses, presentations and workshops in the field of mentalization. In a safe and empathetic environment, this can contribute to communication becoming less charged and threatening. Resources and media are used, such as life stories, theatre, film, poetry, dance and music. In this way, we focus on the growth of mental resilience, which can improve social functioning.
